We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150 (order must total AU$150 excluding shipping charges) or $12.95 for orders under $150

Standard shipping rates

We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping across Australia (on all orders up to $149.99).

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
